First day of "School"

I think it is so cute!

So Cash started a Mommy's Day Out program on Tuesday. He goes two days a week for about 5 hours. I have to say when I dropped him off, I got a little teary eyed.

This is one of hos teachers and I took the picture right before he went into the classroom. The two kids that went in before him screamed their heads off, so as you can see on his face, he wasn't too sure.

This is Cash with his other teacher when I picked him up. He loved it! They said he didn't cry at all and that he had a blast. I sure hope so, since he only took a 45 minute nap the whole day! Anyway, I hope that it continues to go well and he keeps having fun!

15 month check up

Cash had his 15 month check up this week. All is well - he weighs 24 pounds 10 ounces (51%) and is 32 inches tall (77%). I think that they may have mismeasured his height! Anyway, we are lucky to have a happy, healthy boy!

Play Date at the Park!

We had a play date with Aubrey and Luke and Lily the other day! It was wonderful weather, especially for August. The kids had a fantastic time! Friday Night BBQ

We went to a BBQ on Friday night. As usual, I came unprepared. I wasn't aware that they were going to have a small baby pool, so I didn't bring any swim diapers. Well, of course my little guy dove right in. This is why he is wearing the large inflated diaper and no clothes. When the cake and ice cream came out he was pysched. Jeff couldn't feed him fast enough - I'm sure your shocked!

What a perfect Friday evening. We had so much fun and Cash even made a new friend!

We got together with the Haskins and the Mattoxes for a little play date. At home we have been trying to teach Cash that he is not supposed to push the TV buttons - mommy's trying to watch Ellen! :D Anyway, Luke was trying to help me out. Soooooo cute!

Weekend In Okaboji!

Our friends Jen and Tom invited us to Okaboji for the weekend. We had a great time and Cash LOVES being in the water. Here are a couple of pics!

Gymboree Fun!

Every week Cash and I attend Gymboree classes. I originally started going so that I could meet other mommies with children my age. I have made some great friends and so has Cash. He really truly loves going and exploring all of the equipment and hanging out with his friends.

Cash loves bubble time and seems to think that all of the adults are paying attention only to him!
