Cash is getting all geared up for Halloween!

Cash is getting pretty excited for Halloween! I think that he really likes all the bright colors!

Here is Cash enjoying his new toys that he got from his Grandpa and Grandma Snyder! He was super excited to have new stuff to play with!

We started feeding him peas, and he likes them pretty good, but he still likes boobies better! Have a great week everyone!

Week 21

We had a great week this week! Cash is becoming so much more active and involved with his environment - it's so much fun! He's number one!
We also started our first foods besides rice cereal. We started with carrots and he LOVED them! I was ecstatic, as most of you know, my eating habits aren't so great! Anyway, he ate over half a jar! The other half I think is on his face.

He has started to sit unsupported for small periods of time. It is so exciting!

Just a happy boy!

Cash has outgrown his socks, but luckily they still fit Winston! :)

Giddy up pardner! Oh, and don't gasp at the bottle in the picture - it was just another failed attempt! Can't blame me for trying! Have a great week everyone!

Deanna Rose Trip

On Friday, my friend Holly and I took our kids to the Deanna Rose Children's Farm. The kids had a great time, the weather was beautiful, and we ran to other friends of ours. It was great! Above, Aubrey is blowing kisses to Cash.

My attempt of getting pictures of Cash with the pumpkins. There were more, none of them good! :)

Cash is 20 weeks old!

Cash is 20 weeks this week! Not a lot of exciting news to report this week, but he did figure out how to roll from his tummy to his back a couple of times. He hadn't been able to do this previously, and he isn't doing it consistently, but it is a start!

Future Mutton Buster!

Cash is a future mutton buster! My friend Heather had these onesies made up for baby Cash when he was born and he is finally fitting into them. When her son Alec was younger, he decided to be a mutton buster in a local rodeo. We each made a shirt with a letter of his name to spell out Alec ROCKS! Even Winston got in on the act as you can see in the video below. I apologize for that. I think that we thought we were taking a picture, but we were actually taking a movie. Unfortunately it is the only picture of all of us that I have.

Alec the mutton buster in all of his gear! Mutton beware!

Cash is 19 weeks old!

I know a lot of you out there think I am crazy, but I can't help but take his picture all of the time. I am just stunned and amazed at how quickly he has grown! This week is the 19 week mark already.

Look at how strong I am! I love to be on my tummy now so that I can look around. I still haven't quite mastered rolling from my tummy to my back yet, but I am working on it!

Rogan was so great with Cash over the weekend. He would talk to him, read him books, and sing songs to him. He also made a fort for just him and Cash. It was so sweet!

Brison's vist KC

The Brison's came to KC this weekend! We had a fun filled and busy weekend. On Saturday afternoon we took the kids to T Rex restaraunt. The kids thought that itwas really cool, and to be perfectly honest I thought it was pretty neat and the food was good too.

Saturday evening us grown ups took advantage of a sitter and went to the Power and Light Disrict. We started at Ragland Road for appetizers and drinks.

Then we headed to PBR Sky Bar for drinks dancing, and a little bull riding. Unfortunately for me and fortunately for the boys, the bull broke down. I was really trying my hardest to get them to ride!

Then we headed home for a Lewandowski favorite party pizzas and late night dancing!

On Sunday we took the kids to Deanna Rose Children's Farm. They had a great time running around and playing on the equipment and it was wonderful to be outside and enjoy the beautiful weather!

Pretty, pretty flowers!
Our thanks to the Brison's for taking the time out of their busy schedules to come down and visit us! We hope to see you again soon!

Hot Air Balloon Ride

To celebrate our anniversary this year, Jeff and I took a hot air balloon ride. Jeff helped set up the balloon as well as take it down. I was pretty scared initially, but once we got going it was fine. We had a great time and it was so peaceful and beautiful.

Our reflection as we passed over a pond.

Self portrait in the air.

Landing at dusk.

After we landed, there was a short ballooning ceremony. They say a little prayer and put grass and champagne on your head. For those of you who know my husband, he was not happy about this! :) We had a wonderful time and it has been a wonderful ten years with Jeff and I hope that we will get to celebrate many more together. A special thank you to the Safly's for watching Cash for us!

4 months

Cash had a pretty busy week doing new things last week. One of the cutest for me was that he found his feet. So now he is rolling around all of the time and holding on to his toes. I love it! On Friday, we went to the doctor and he got his shots, which I am sure you all know is not fun at all. Since then, he has been kind of cranky.

He has also started to like to play in his jumper. He is still a little too short for his exersaucer, but we keep giving it a try.
Saturday we tried rice cereal for the first time. Cash wasn't too fond of it, but we will keep trying. I am hoping that it leads to a little more night time sleep for both of us!
